Lodge Leadership Development is a training program for those wishing to be Lodge Leaders or Adult Advisers.  Other OA members are invited to participate to learn valuable leadership skills and more information about the Order of the Arrow and Chumash Lodge 90.

There is no charge for this event.  (Registration and fee for the Lodge Banquet on that evening is a separate registration).

Some of the programs that have been proposed include the new Lodgemaster program, Upcoming changes in the OA (Venture Crews, Female Youth Members, Cub Scout Arrow of Light and Bridging Ceremonies, Rancho Alegre Rebuilding, etc).  Once the schedule is finalized this paragraph will be updated.  If you have a recommendation, please contact Lodge Chief Joey Kamlet at joey77k@gmail.com.  

Between the end of the LLD and the start of the Banquet there will be an opportunity for team building activity and games.

We asked that attendees please register in advance so that we know how many handouts to bring and to have adequate refreshments and snacks.  As they say, the 13th Point of the Scout Law is A Scout is Hungry.
