2013 Cub Scout Resident Camp at Rancho Alegre

The camp provides all meals, eating utensils, program materials and equipment, and a souvenir water bottle. The camp does not provide tents, cots or mattresses to the campers. You must bring your own.
ADULT LEADERSHIP: All Cubs/Webelos must be accompanied by a parent. Parents and their sons may share a tent. If the Cub/Webelos is not the child of the adult the boys must sleep in separate tents from the adults and will share a common campsite with other adults and youth to maintain youth protection standards. All adults must have completed youth protection training within the last 24 months. All campers under the age of 18 must have on file the BB Gun permission slip and the talent release form. The BB Gun form is included with this registration form. The talent release form is attached to the medical forms. (see below) All forms MUST be signed and returned to Rancho Alegre by July 6, 2013.
TRANSPORTATION: Parents provide their own transportation to and from camp. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, July 21, 2013. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, July 24, 2013.
MEDICAL FORMS AND PHOTO RELEASE: All participants (youth and adult) must fill out and bring to camp the BSA Annual Health and Medical Record, Parts A & B.

COST: $255 Parent/Cub team; $275 Parent/Cub team out of Council
$175 for additional Cub with partner
DEPOSIT: $50 for each Parent/Cub team attending due with application;
Next payment of $50 per Parent/Cub team due April 30, 2013; Final payment due by June 1, 2013. If full payment is made on or before June 1, you will receive a $10 discount (full fee of $245 or $265).
