Backdating for major South Coast District and Council Events

Below lists the standard operating procedures for each event.  Please keep in mind this is what the District Committee is shooting for to ensure events come to fruition.  Each event depends on a critical mass of volunteers from each Pack, Troop, Team and Crew to step forward.  Together we can make these events a success.  Below are sample calendar timelines that show each planning stage.
